The task at hand, was to investigate a specific construction method – in this case glu-lam timber. Providing a framework of design, the assignment was provided with the programme of a construction aimed to interest and facilitate groups of kindergarten children, locals and other passers by outdoors.

The resulting pavilion was a place to gather but also as a structure inviting play. With the name "Regnbuen" (rainbow), it playfully combines the ideas of sheltering and arched glu-lam structure. There wouldn't be a rainbow without some rain.
